Obviously, the two-hour Flixbus service is better. But this is because everything is relative, and anything is better than a three-hour train traveling 100 miles between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. Everything else was horrible, and I say this as someone who regularly flies Wizz Air (which is basically fine!)

Overall, Flixbus reviews in the USA are pretty average on most of these platforms. Some people have good experiences, while some others have a lot to complain about. One common complaint involves Flixbus seats. People state they aren’t very comfortable, especially for long bus rides.

Their services are so limited, I might as well throw the voucher away. I wrote Emails to Flixbus but they don't reply. Flixbus claim you will have free WiFi on all of buses. As I mentioned, in my experience it was OK, I could even work on my laptop, but there are complaints about it in some other flixbus reviews. I guess it depends on the bus.

My Budapest to London ride was cancelled on 15 March 2020. I paid with cash for the ticket but the Flixbus ticket office refused to give me a refund. They just said 'Flixbus don't do refunds'.
